The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:

●Processing time: 1-2 business days

●Shipping time: 3-8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Since we want to send your items to you as quickly as possible, we are
generally unable to make changes to an order after it's been placed.
However, you can Email Us to check your order status.

Upon shipment, package tracking information is sent to the email address
associated with your order. If you didn’t receive a tracking number, or
the tracking seems inaccurate, please Email Us.

Sometimes, a package will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier
prematurely. If you receive the delivery email but have not received
your package, here is what we suggest USPS/FedEx delivery vehicles use
GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely.
Please wait 2-3 business day, as the package could have been marked as
delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day.

Returns for exchange are accepted within 30 days of purchase from the
besrey.com website for item with equal or lesser value ONLY. Return
without RA# will NOT be accepted. You MUST request and receive a Returns
Authorization number (RA#). Returns without a RA# will NOT be accepted.

Our children's bicycles come in different models, each offering various modes. The toddler tricycle offers various riding modes, including parental steering push mode, tricycle mode, balance bike mode, baby walker mode, and more. You can easily switch to 4 different modes to suit your little one's different stages of growth.

Most of our children's bicycle products can be folded for your convenience while traveling. For models that cannot be folded, this will be indicated on the product detail page.

I am 5’4” and an xl in clothes, my husband is 6’ and xl in clothes
and this fits us both incredibly well. It has many adjustable straps to
give you the best support as well as making the baby comfortable and
supported.

I've been able to do this myself. The first time I would suggest
having someone assist so that you can tighten all the straps to your
size. After that it is very easy to put on. The tricky part is holding
your baby up over your head and trying to put their feet cause they
constantly kicking. Practice a few times at home in front of mirror to
get the hang of it. This is a GREAT carrier and I would recommend!

Our tent comes in two sizes: 51''(L) x 35''(W) x 51''(H) and 58''(H) x 47''(L) x 47''(W). Both sizes are spacious enough for 2-4 children to play happily inside.

fabric, the play mat is supportive and comfortable for babies and
toddlers. The sturdy brackets create sturdy arches that are not easily
collapsed, and the non-slip textured base prevents shifting.

There is an extra mat cover included for replacement. With a zipper on
the mat, you can easily replace the mat cover. Both mat covers are
machine washable to save time.
